For Ste­pha­nie Schliff­ski, sales success is never a coin­ci­dence. She firmly belie­ves that pro­fi­ta­ble and sus­tainable growth is pos­si­ble, even in highly dyna­mic mar­kets.

Throug­hout her career as a Sales Lea­der and Direc­tor of Busi­ness Development in the indu­strial sec­tor, she led teams to out­stan­ding results: suc­cessful cus­to­mer acqui­si­tion for an IT start-up later acqui­red by SAP, tri­ple-digit growth rates in the auto­mo­tive indu­stry, and signi­fi­cant price increa­ses in the che­mical sec­tor.

Today, through StratMa Inter­na­tio­nal, she sup­ports indu­strial com­pa­nies in advan­cing their B2B sales, streng­thening their teams, and expan­ding into new mar­kets tur­ning ambi­tious goals into mea­sura­ble results.
